2022 Emmy adayları açıklandı. 74. Primetime Emmy ödüllerinde adaylar, JB Smoove and Melissa Fumero’nun sunumuyla bugün gerçekleştirilen online bir seremoni ile açıklandı.
Bu yıl en çok adaylık alan dizi, 25 adaylık ile HBO’nun Succession‘ı oldu; onu takip edenlerse 20’şer adaylıkla Apple TV+’nın Ted Lasso‘su ve HBO’nun “The White Lotus” isimli dizisi; 17’şer adaylıkla HBO Max’in “Hacks” ve Hulu’nun “Only Murders in the Building”i ile 16 adaylıkla HBO’nun Euphoria‘sı oldu.
Netflix’in hem popüler hem de rekortmen dizisi Squid Game ise yeni bir rekora daha imza attı. Dizi tarihte ilk kez drama kategorisinde “En iyi Dizi” Emmy ödülüne aday olan yabancı dilde dizi oldu. Netflix’in tüm zamanlarda en çok izlenen dizisi olan Squid Game toplamda 14 Emmy adaylığı alırken, dizinin başrolü Lee Jung-jae’ye de “En İyi Erkek Oyuncu” adaylığı geldi.
